Please note an order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation requests will be entertained.

We only manufacture made to order items. That means only when an order is placed, we will make it. Thus no exchange or refund is allowed after 24 hours of placing the order. We will allow an exchange of the product only in cases where:

If the product received has a genuine defect.

We try our best to ensure that the colors displayed on the website match as close as possible to the actual garment. But they will not be 100% accurate, as monitor to monitor variations and photography lighting do bring in slight variations.

We take great care while manufacturing our products. There may be slight variations in color and fabric anomalies or embroidery, which are not defects but a natural outcome of hand made processes. We take great pains to ensure that we not send a defective item or one that we would not like to wear ourselves. In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at support@anantaalife within 48 hours of receiving the products. We wont be able to accommodate any requests after this period. Do ensure that your mail includes order details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.

Upon making a purchase, we advise you to check the following before checkout on the site: - The products and the size you have chosen is correct. - The address and the contact details you have provided are accurate to ensure seamless delivery. - In the rare scenario that you may have entered wrong information, pls reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order to enable us to rectify asap. It is not possible to make changes once the item has entered the production cycle. - We will not offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient. If you would want to receive the product after such attempts, a reshipping fee of Rs 250 will be applied.
