Exchange and Refund
All our products are made to order and as a normal practice, we treat every sale as final and no exchange/refund is allowed. But we do accept requests if the product received is defective or isn't the one you ordered. If the item received meets the criteria mentioned above, you must contact email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery.
On the mail, pls share the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Images of the products
- Detailed description of the issue
Once we receive the above details, we will discuss the course of action and respond back in 48 hours.
The product must shipped by the customer and be received at our end within 10 days from the date of our response.
As with every product, our Quality Check team will inspect the product before we accept and agree to exchange/refunds. Post which we will contact and apprise you on the next steps.
Even in the above scenario, no refund/exchange can be done if the product has been worn/washed/damaged or tags have been cut and removed from the garment. If this is found to be the case with the product, we cannot honour exchange/refund requests.
